HAD THIS FOR ABOUT 2 YEARS AND HAS RECENTLY SEIZED TO RESPOND TO TOUCH(UNLOCK) RESEARCHED THE COST AND IT IS 21 TO GET THE SCREEN FIXED. HAS A LOT OF SONGS ETC ON IT SO WILL NEED TO BE RESTORED TO FACTORY SETTING BUT CAN INSTALL THE LATEST SOFTWARE ONTO IT WHEN COMPLETED.
