VINTAGE RETRO B & O BANG & OLUFSEN BEOGRAM 1000 TURNTABLE RECORD PLAYER WORKING ORDER +

Classic retro Bang and Olufsen Beogram 1000 belt driven turntable, designed by Jacob Jansen, which dates from 1965 - 1973. Uses a sprung suspension system with foam damping. Plays at 45 and 33 rpm. Complete with original stylus and cover. Cosmetically good - some rust to the counter balance weight. Original mains cable and 5 pin din output - could do with replacement and upgrade to phono plugs (unless you have a old amp). Not used for many years, but worked ok when tested with old cables - but only managed to get sound from one chanel - could be my old din to phono cable or the output cable - no noise from motor. Needs further investigation to restore to full health. Detachable perspex lid with no chips or cracks - a few surface marks and white paint specks visible. A classic piece of design for that retro system on the cheap! Collection only from Solihull, 5 mins from J YAMAHA Pro Logic Amplifier Model: DSP-A590 in full working order. Complete with remote control. Few scratches from wear & tear.
